Michael Grant tegnap a twitteren jelentette be a jó hírt.

(1 of 4) To all GONE fans: Sony Pictures TV @SPTV has agreed to acquire TV rights to GONE. Does not yet mean we have a TV series. But…

(2 of 4) … It means we have one hell of a good shot at a series. @SPTV is responsible for the great BREAKING BAD. Also involved w/ LOST.

(3 of 4) We have all wanted this. I promise you I’ll stay involved and if we get a series it will be something you’re proud of.

Kivéve a fiatalokat: a kamaszokat. Csak a középiskolások maradtak, rendőrök nélkül, orvosok, szülők nélkül. Éppilyen hirtelen megszűntek a telefonvonalak, az internet, a tévéműsorok. Nem lehet kideríteni, mi történt. Nincs, aki segítene.

Felüti a fejét az éhezés. Terjed az erőszak. Egy sötét alak ólálkodik a fiatalok körül. Az állatok átalakulnak. Maguk a kamaszok is új képességekre tesznek szert – sosem látott, veszélyes, halálos erőkre – amik napról napra növekednek.

Veszélyekkel teli, új világ születik. Csoportok alakulnak, nő az összecsapás esélye. A külvárosi fiúk összefognak a gazdag kölykök ellen.
